Arc multi-wire cutting equipment CR680
CR680 type multi-wire cutting equipment is a double-station cutting equipment specially designed by our company to meet the cutting of straight and curved blades in the rare earth permanent magnet industry. It comes with "arc compensation function", four-roller direct drive + roller rotation adjustment structure design, can achieve product cutting within 30mm range.

➤The workbench adopts a double-station configuration, which can cut two plates of material at the same time.
➤The roller frame adopts a double-wall structure of one-piece casting, with a high damping coefficient and excellent damping performance.
➤The roller and retractable reel adopt high-precision and high-rigidity cone positioning to control the jitter of the wire network.
➤Roller-assisted disassembly bracket can effectively reduce the labor intensity and disassembly time of roller disassembly.
➤The cutting chamber adopts an electric lifting structure and is open on three sides for easy operation and maintenance.
➤Equipped with arc compensation function, disconnection and continuous cutting function.
