1. Take the nut mechanically：
(1) The nut-taking device adopts jaw cylinder structure, which is stable and reliable.；
(2) The structure is equipped with a detection sensor to detect whether the reclaiming and discharging positions are correct, otherwise the sensor will be turned on and an alarm will be raised; .
2. Double-station bending：
(1) The product adopts a double-station configuration in the bending process, which improves production efficiency.；
(2) One product is placed in each station, and the bending is stable and reliable.
3. Safety monitoring：
(1) The work area is equipped with safety gratings to prevent personal injury during work.；
(2) The product placement has directional position requirements, and the discharge detection sensor and direction sensor are configured to avoid incorrect product placement, resulting in the appearance of scrap products.

Product packaging process：
1. Manually place the module on both sides of the station, and add the right amount of nuts to the nut machine.；
2. After jog “Start (right)”, the product will go to the nut position 1. After it is in place, the nut shaft will start to pick and place the nuts, and then complete the three nut placement operations of this station in turn.；
3. After clicking “Start (left)”, the product will go to the nut position 2. After it is in place, repeat the previous step of picking and placing the nut operation.；
4. After the nut is placed, the products from the left and right stations will go to the tablet pressing process on both sides, and then reach the tablet pressing station 1, tablet pressing station 2, and tablet pressing station 3, and complete the tablet pressing operation on the corresponding station.；
5. After the tableting is completed, the module returns to the initial discharge position, the automatic operation light goes out, and the process ends.
