Introduction to Qingkejia:
In 2018, through the support of the industry-university-research policy of Yantai Development Zone, Likai Technology and Tsinghua University jointly established Qingkejia Research Institute (referred to as Qingyan Institute). Qingyan Institute is committed to the research and development, manufacturing and application of industrial special scene robots. It is a provincial-level new R&D institution, Yantai City's Inclusive Robot R&D and Application Engineering Laboratory, and Yantai City's industrial enterprise “One enterprise, one technology” R&D Center. Qingyan Institute consists of professional laboratories such as multi-wire cutting equipment, intelligent processing robots, and industrial robot control. It is guided by the major needs of the industry and the country, based on the basic theory and core technology research of Tsinghua University, and aims to solve engineering problems. It has become a solid backing for independent innovation of Likai Technology.

Digital intelligence empowers and connects the future.On the morning of November 23rd, the 2022 World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, led by the Consortium of Intelligent Manufacturing Societies of the China Association for Science and Technology, was held solemnly.At the opening ceremony, the shortlist of “2022 World's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Intelligent Manufacturing” and “2022 China's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Intelligent Manufacturing” was released. A total of 20 scientific and technological achievements in intelligent manufacturing were selected.
The “Large-scale and complex component robot in situ efficient and high-quality milling technology and equipment” project jointly declared by Tsinghua University, Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Plant and Qingkejia Research Institute stood out from hundreds of scientific and technological achievements and was successfully selected as the “Top Ten Scientific and Technological advances in Intelligent Manufacturing in the World in 2022”!

2022 World Intelligent Manufacturing
Since 2017, the “World's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Intelligent Manufacturing” and “China's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Intelligent Manufacturing” have been released for 6 consecutive sessions at the World Intelligent Manufacturing Conference, with a total of 116 scientific and technological progress achievements released. The application of the achievements covers nearly 20 manufacturing industries such as high-end CNC machine tools, basic manufacturing equipment, automobiles, aerospace, new-generation information technology, textiles, rail transit, high-tech ships, offshore equipment, and energy equipment.These scientific and technological progress achievements are of great practical significance in solving technical problems in the field of intelligent manufacturing, promoting the efficient development of enterprises, improving the ecological environment, and enhancing the innovation, development and competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.
02.“In-situ efficient and high-quality milling technology and equipment for robots of large and complex components”

Tsinghua University, together with Beijing Satellite Factory and Yantai Qingkejia, innovatively studied the lightweight five-axis fully parallel and efficient machining function module, proposed the concept of “machine tool” and “five-axis machining anytime, anywhere”, created a new model of "large-scale positioning + local fine carving and fine carving in situ manufacturing, carried out research on new technologies for robotics, miniaturization, and portable in situ flexible processing, and designed and developed mobile hybrid processing robot equipment to solve key technologies such as cross-scale positioning, measurement, and active regulation of accuracy.
At present, it has been used in the manufacture of the core module of the space station, the Tianzhou series of cargo spacecraft, the remote sensing series of satellites, etc., the production efficiency has been significantly improved, the equipment cost has been significantly reduced, and the problem of efficient and high-quality processing of large and complex components has been solved, so that the component processing mode has undergone subversive changes.。

The technology anc equipment have beensuccessfullyapplied in the manufacturing of core modules of space station Tianzhoucargospacecraftsremote sensing satellites, etc., not only significantly improving production efficiencysubstantially lowering equipment costs and addressing difficulties in assuring high efficiencyandquality oflarge complex components, but also bringing revolutionary transformations to component processing modes.
